Protecting Your Information
Our servers use the latest encryption Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology and adopt a variety of appropriate security measures to safeguard your personal information when you fill in, submit, access your personal information as well as placing an order via the online channel.  Personal information with payment cards details are transmitted via SSL technology and encrypted into databases maintained by reputable payment gateway providers.  The providers are required to keep the banking details and financial data confidential in their systems.  We do not have access to such systems at all.

Use of Cookies
When visiting a website, cookies are small files that the website transfer to your computer in order to enable the website to recognize your internet browser; capture and remember certain information.  In essence, cookies help O2S to remember and process the items in your order, save your preferences, keep track of promotional offers or add items to your wish list for future visits.

Links to Third Party Website
From time to time and infrequently we may promote, offer or include third party products or services on our website.  The third party websites or links have separate and independent privacy policies that are in no way connected to O2S.  In particular, certain providers may have facilities that are located or in a different jurisdiction than either you or us.  If you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.  Hence, we have no responsibility and are not liable for the contents, activities or policies of those linked websites of third party.  In protecting the integrity of O2S online websites, we welcome any comments about those third party websites or links.

Non-Disclosure of Personal Identifiable Information
O2S does not disclose, sell, transfer, trade or otherwise pass on personal identifiable information to external or third parties.  Information is only transferred when it is required for us to service you, your account or in conducting our business and provided those external or third parties agree to maintain all information strictly confidential.  Information may also be released if required by enforcement agencies to comply with law, for fraud prevention, or to safeguard other users’ rights, safety or properties.  Non-personal identifiable information is aggregated as statistics for enhancing customers’ online viewing experience.

Type of Information We Collect
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.  When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, billing or mailing address, credit card number, credit card expiration date and/or other relevant information in connection with your order.  This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.  You may, however, visit our site anonymously as a guest customer but kindly take note that the privacy policy covers both registered customers and guest customers.

We may personalize your online viewing experience by using your transactions and site behavior to shape our recommendations about the products and/or services that might be of interest to you.  We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the website, new services, and special offers we think you may find valuable.  We send this information to you if only you allowed us to do by checking ‘Newsletter/Email/Blog Subscriptions’ box on your account.  You always can unsubscribe your email address via email list subscription preferences on the Account Profile page.  We may also retain data that you provide on this website, even if you do not fully complete an order or a newsletter subscription.  Any data you entered on this website may be used to contact you and enquire if there is something wrong on your side that we can assist to help you complete the order, or offer you a reason to come back to us and complete a transaction.  In addition, our system retains certain digits of your payment credit/bank card, normally the standard practice of the first four and the last four digits, the purpose of which is to verify the payment credit/bank card number in the event of an exchange, replacement or return in connection to your order(s).

We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third party sources for instance to verify your address and update your information.  A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes.  We may use cookies on this Site.  We may use session ID cookies and persistent cookies.  We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our Site.  A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser.  A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time.  You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s ‘help’ file.  Persistent cookies are used to differentiate subscribers from non-subscribers to customize the content of certain sections of the website and enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our Site.  If you reject cookies, you may still use our Site, but your ability to use some areas of our Site, such as promotions or surveys, may be limited.  Some of our business partners may use cookies on our Site and we have no access to or control over these cookies.  This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by us only and does not cover the use of cookies by any such third parties.

Promotions – From time to time, we may provide you the opportunity to participate in promotions on our Site or otherwise, which might be sponsored or conducted by a third party.  If you participate, it may be subject to specific Terms and Conditions and we will request certain personally identifiable information from you such as name, mailing address, zip code and age.  Participation in these promotions is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.  We may transfer personal information to certain sponsors and ad partners that you have explicitly requested to receive information from.  It will be clear at the point of collection who is collecting the personal information and whose privacy statement will apply.  Some of our promotional offers have a feature that allows you to have the offer sent to a friend with your comment.  If you choose to use this feature, we collect the information of your friend(s) to facilitate the referral.

Third Party Links – We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.  This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by our Site.

Exceptional Circumstances – If O2S is sold or disposed of as a going concern, whether by merger, sale of assets or otherwise, the relevant customer database of O2S could, in whole or in part, be sold as part of that transaction.  In the event O2S goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information will likely be among the assets transferred.  We also may have to release personal information when it is necessary to comply with judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, orders, to enforce our Terms and Conditions or to protect the rights, property, or safety of O2S or others.  By accessing our Site, you indicate your acceptance of such transfers and releases of your personal information.
